Week 3 — Safety & Grounding
Teaching the Body What Safety Feels Like
This week introduces the concept of felt safety. The nervous system cannot shift out of survival mode unless the body experiences moments of calm, grounding, and stability.
Week 4 — Regulation Tools
Learning to Return to Balance
This week introduces practical tools that support nervous system regulation throughout daily life. Clients begin learning how to return to balance more quickly when stress appears.
Week 5 — Emotional Awareness
Understanding Emotions as Signals in the Body
As the nervous system becomes more regulated, emotions often become easier to recognize and process. This week focuses on developing emotional awareness without judgment or suppression.
Week 6 — Repatterning
Creating New Responses to Stress
This week focuses on interrupting automatic reactions and creating new nervous system responses. Clients begin practicing conscious response rather than unconscious reaction.
Week 7 — Embodiment
Strengthening New Nervous System Pathways
This week focuses on integrating regulation into the body and daily life. Clients begin embodying the changes they have been practicing throughout the program.
